Can I track my order online?
When your order is dispatched via courier, you will receive a shipment notification email with the airway bill number details enclosed. You can track your shipment on the web the next working day at http://www.dhl.com using the tracking number supplied on the shipment notification email. Please note that the tracking number will only become live when it is picked up by the courier and is scanned by their driver. Please wait until the next working day after you have received this dispatch email before commencing to track your shipment on the web.
When will my order ship?
We aim to ship 'On Stock' items within 24 hours of receipt of order and payment, Monday to Friday. Currently we do not offer weekend delivery.
How do I get my tracking number?
When your order is dispatched via courier, you will receive a shipment notification email with the airway bill number details enclosed.
What are the available shipping options?
Postal Service or DHL courier are the only available shipping options. All shipments including a Palm Handheld or Smartphone will be dispatched via DHL Courier. Postal Service is available for Accessory orders only.
What are your standard delivery times?
Post - allow up to 15 working days for delivery
Standard Courier 2 - 4 days depending on country of delivery.
Has my order shipped?
When your order has shipped, a shipment notification e-mail including airway bill number enclosed will be sent to you. If you have not received a shipment notification e-mail, please log into your account and review current order to review the status of your order.
